State law and Town ordinances require that all dogs in the Town and Village of Manchester need to be licensed annually, on or before April 1, with the Town Clerk. Click here to view the Town ordinance (Chapter VI).

Green Mountain Passports

Passport holders enjoy the following benefits:

  • Free admission to Vermont State Parks (overnight camping and other park fees are excluded)
  • Free admission to Vermont State Historic Sites
  • Free admission to events that are fully State sponsored

To be eligible for a Passport, a person must be a full-time resident of Vermont and 62 years of age or more or a Veteran of the uniformed services.
